[Jack sighed and put his journal aside as he stretched and heard his muscles pop. He smiles and shakes his head as he reaches for the glass of whiskey by his right hand and sips from it. ]

Not a young man anymore am I beautiful?  Should really learn to slow down some day before I get into trouble I can't get myself out of.

[He stands up and feels his muscles pop more. He feels the TARDIS brush across his mind as a knock comes at his door.]

[Ten creaks slowly in, his face still reads an emotional fragile mess, however, his knees are also shaking and squeaks when he says]

[Why is he doing this? Because Rose teased him the hell up and there isn't anyone else that he can release on without bad repercussions. Not that Ten doesn't have these feelings for Jack - but - this wasn't exactly the way, Ten expected this to happen]

[Jack feels his heart stop for a second. He's torn about asking if everything is alright and running away because he assumes the younger Doctor is here to yell at him about Rose. He stands aside to let the Doctor in.]

[Is his voice shaking...he can't tell.]

[After all, it's her body and Jack is the closest timeline wise to Rose and he's not one to be saying who does what with this on top of everything else and to be honest - she may have needed that and it's not MetaCrisis hadn't already beat Ten. Oh goodness, Jack he's such a mess.]

[For a second Jack panics thinking the younger Doctor knows about the things he's been hiding. The Master....the Year that Never was...Donna. But he calms down and takes a deep breath.]

Rose......you know I'd never hurt her Doctor....I promise.

[He moves to the desk and downs the rest of his drink enjoying the burn.]

But if you aren't upset about that...why are you here?

[There's a silent head nod, he knows and someone else has been doing nothing but hurting his Rose. Right, why is he here? Emotional support. Sex. Both. [Since the timey wimey happened and Jack is one of the furthest ahead has less confusion for starters; having had learned quite a bit and between the rubbing on the back, the speech - Ten does calm and when he does start - inhales deeply and notices that Jack smells of Rose and - Martha? [Jack freezes for a second. The Doctor nosing his neck makes him shiver. He takes a deep breath and tries to tamp down his pheromones. He doesn't want the Doctor to do something they both might regret later...as much as he wants this. But damm if the Time Lord's breath on his neck doesn't feel good.]

Doctor....feeling better now? .

[Emtionally- yes, he's more settled but that doesn't solve why the bottom part of his waist is wiggling still. [Jack bites back a moan as his neck is licked. What the hell is the Doctor doing right now or is this a dream again. He's had many of those over the years both above ground and below. Maybe it would be better if it was and Jack could wake up. Then he sees that grin...the one he remembers from the end of the universe. The one the Doctor gave him standing outside the radiation room that even though Jack was angry and trying not to die made him as hard as a rock.]

[Jack chuckles mentally and pings the Doctor back with a mental brush down the alien's side. It's been a long time since he's played mental sex games with someone. A very long time. Jack is so used to keeping his shields up that it takes him a moment to sort through his memories and lock them behind the right doors. [Jack's eyes shine with unshed tears and his answer is a mix of longing and grief. If he could give the Doctor or Rose that he would in an instant even though he doesn't want it. He knows the joy children can bring and it isn't their fault Jack's experiences had been so bad. He strokes the Doctor's hair gently and his touches turn from desperate want to gentle love. It isn't the Doctor's fault either that Jack is old and weary. It's what happens when you are an immortal on the slow path just trying to do the right thing.

His answering mental hug is full of all the things he can't say out loud to the Time Lord and others in his life who aren't here anymore.]
